Mission and Philosophy
The Little School's mission is to provide a high quality early childhood program. The Little School is a play-based, child-centered early childhood program. we believe that children learn naturally through play, especially when that play is supported by qualified adults with awareness of children's differing developmental capabilities. We respect and value diversity.
The Little School is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and follows its guidelines for developmentally appropriate curriculum. Program goals and curriculum have been developed to promote the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
